Program Overview: "First, a 20-minute clearing ritual will be performed by Special Master. (Please dress in attire that can be splashed with water.) Afterwards, a dedication mantra will be performed to the deity of Thai traditional medicine, followed by the offering of the 'Galataree Awakening Method.' Then, the basic poses that stimulate Galataree will be taught."

The Path of Practice: "The 'Mai' is the culmination of Kaori Endo's own journey, starting in 1994 with the practice of yoga, breathwork, and tai chi training; then further incorporating Aura-Soma® from the United Kingdom starting in 2003 for the purpose of self-reflection. This journey to mastery spanned over 30 years of Endo's life through May 2026. Since it is not something that can be mastered in a single workshop, we recommend that you continue practicing in a manner suitable to your level, and at your own pace after attending."

License Maintenance: "To remain a practitioner, please take an update course once every two years and attend a Zoom session once a year."

You will be able to work on the Sen-Galataree that is necessary for you, along with your breathing.

Instruction Logistics: Private instruction is available, and is the most efficient option. As a form of yoga, i.e., no need to be paired with a recipient, it allows for individualized sessions. The maximum number of participants at Shuzenji Retreat House is 12 people (or 8 depending on the retreat).

Off-site Conditions: If you can gather a group and provide your own venue, transportation, and accommodation expenses, we can offer on-site instruction. However, for on-site instruction, underwater guidance is only available in locations with heated pools. The course fee is for a single session, so please divide it among the number of participants attending.
